**Job Description**:
- Communicate with clients
- Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
- Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
- Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
- Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients.
- Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.
- Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points.
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
- Manage multiple and challenging U.S. business immigration engagements to deliver to our clients.
**Qualifications**:
**What You’ll Bring to This Role**
- An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work.
- 5+ years of business immigration experience, with a focus on H-1B, L-1, TN, immigrant petition and PERM filings
- Called to the U.S. Bar
- Someone who delivers differently with high tech innovation
- Attorney’s who want to grow their career leading large teams focused on innovation and technology initiatives to enhance the client experience
- Experience with project management
- Ability to pivot and be agile to manage other work and potential opportunities
