**What you will do**:
- Oversee our delivery and warehouse teams composed of Technical, Delivery and Warehouse Associates. (7-12)
- Ensure that all customers are receiving top level service and that service levels are met.
- Supervise warehouse activities and ensure inventory targets are attained (i.e.: inventory values, days of inventory on hand, etc.)
- Maintain positive staff relations through consistent and effective communication including staff meetings, weekly reviews, route rides, and one on one communication.
- Make sure relevant administrative procedures are carried out correctly and efficiently in accordance with company policies.
- Oversee and manage administrative processes and procedures, ensuring these are executed and completed efficiently and in accordance with corporate policy
- Manage, and support the employee lifecycle (recruitment, orientation, and onboarding, retention, and offboarding). Provide coaching and performance feedback, supporting professional growth, training, and development
- Ensures an inclusive and collaborative work environment that is aligned with KDP values and policies
- Collaborate closely with Associate Managers and leaders across the territory and country to promote synergy
