**Job Summary**:
A Foodbuy **Sales Coordinator** plays a pivotal role in supporting both Account Managers and Business Development Managers. This professional is responsible for a range of tasks aimed at enhancing member satisfaction, streamlining administrative processes, and supporting the sales team to achieve company sales targets. The sales coordinator collaborates closely with senior managers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient onboarding of new members. Key responsibilities include generating sales reports, monitoring onboarding statuses, addressing member inquiries promptly, and facilitating the dissemination of essential sales materials.

- Collaborate with senior managers to generate and maintain comprehensive sales reports.
- Foster active communication with business development managers to expedite onboarding and ensuring timely completion.
- Contribute significantly to overall customer satisfaction by promptly addressing and responding to member communications and inquiries where applicable.
- Monitor and organize the tracking of new programs and services to be added during mobilization.
- Actively engage in sales training to gain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of supporting documents and presentations, aiding the sales team in generating business leads.
- Maintain meticulous records and generate reports for month-end goal setting and analysis for the senior management team.

- Facilitate set up for non-traditional programs and professional services.
- Following through on deal set up and data flow.
- Assist with multi-unit set up onboarding proforma tab.
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing for lead generation.
- Deal correction when distribution/data ops note errors or additional information required.
- CRM reporting and management
- Trade show & Conference coordination
- Organizing seminars and training courses such as Excel, PowerPoint and others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM, Power Bi, Supply Chain
