**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients and answering inquiries in a professional manner.
- Manage phone calls with proper phone etiquette, ensuring all messages are relayed accurately.
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and office organization.
- Reconcile vender invoices
- Order and track parts
- Source out part pricing and availabilty from suppliers
**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, particularly in a medical or dental office setting.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Experience in computerized filing systems is advantageous.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
