Responsibilities/Duties:

- Work closely with the estimating team through the tender process to ensure project requirements are incorporated
- Be able to select correct product components for HVAC Building Management Systems
- Estimate, plan, organize, and manage projects
- Work with our Key Service Customers in a proactive way to develop new business opportunities
- Maintain detailed records
- Provide direction/control to the Design/Tech Engineers & Foreman/Electrician's staff
- Review & approve documents as detailed in shop drawings
- 2+ years project management experience
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineer or equivalent experience (tech)
- Experience as Electrician or Technologist
- Has estimated projects
- 2+ years of experience working with HVAC systems
- 2+ years of Control System Design
- Knowledge of Electrical Control system wiring
- DDC / Reliable / HVAC control systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour
