**Role**:
Program Manager - Bilingual (French/English)

**Location**:
Verdun, QC

**Details**:

- On-Site Role - 5 days in the office
- 12 month contract
- Has already managed large projects and is able to communicate with senior management.
- Can act almost autonomously.
- Oversees the entire project management and software development cycle for the implementation of large-scale, highly complex and strategic business and IT/network initiatives.

**Additional responsibilities**:

- implement established policies,
- monitor and control systems to ensure effective management and reporting of all program-related corporate initiatives;
- supervise and direct program and project staff to monitor program impacts and interdependencies;
- ensure initiatives meet senior management team objectives.
- Usually reports to a B manager or above.

**Hiring requirements**:

- University degree required
- Project delivery experience in SAFe methodology
- Experience with the TMF forum data model framework, especially TMF620, TMF641, TMF622, TMF673, TMF674, TMF637, TMF638, TMF639 and others.
- Office presence for 5 days a week, offices are at the Bell Campus on Nun's Island.
- Knowledge of Atlassian suite, JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket
- Knowledge of SQL database analysis and Elastic Search indexes
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
- Knowledge of law 96
- Strong communication and technical popularization skills
