SAP Program Manager

"- 10+ years of program management experience with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations - SAP Activate Methodology or similar Project management accreditation - Knowledge of SAP business processes focused on Manufacturing, Sales and Logistics functional areas - Industry experience with Aerospace and Manufacturing is preferred - Understand and can describe challenges with large multi-year initiatives - Has ability to guide the team managing interdependencies - Can negotiate with Customer stakeholders on complex issues - Has very strong communication skills - English language skills - Working on Canada projects will be added advantage - Team building - Cross-functional team alignment - Foresight and aptitude to plan complex initiatives - Develop and oversee detailed project plans - Identify, analyze and recommend business systems solutions to management having broad business impact - Present formal presentations and status reporting to management stakeholders - Experience on Global programs across North America - Good to have SAP landscape understanding, program governance experience" **Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract **Salary**: $110,000.00-$120,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Life insurance Schedule: - On call - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Montreal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Project management: 10 years (preferred) - SAP Program Manager: 10 years (preferred) - Aerospace and Manufacturing is preferred: 5 years (preferred)
