**Fonctions et responsabilités**
- Aider le gestionnaire du service à la clientèle à atteindre les objectifs du ministère
- Tenir le responsable du service à la clientèle au courant de tout problème inhabituel ou potentiellement grave affectant l’opération
- Fournir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel aux clients et aux transporteurs
- Aider à gérer les comptes clients actuels
- Fournir des devis d’expédition pour les clients et configurer les expéditions selon les besoins des clients
- Identifier de manière proactive les envois à risque de défaillance du service et prenez le contrôle des envois pour assurer un service de ramassage ou de livraison à temps
- Etre au courant de tous les aspects des exigences / arrangements commerciaux pour les principaux clients
- Dépanner correctement et résolvez de manière proactive les écarts d’expédition, si nécessaire
- Assurer que toutes les demandes des clients sont traitées de manière efficace et professionnelle
- Assurer la qualité de l’entrée de toutes les commandes et l’utilisation correcte des notes conformément aux SOP
- Assurer que toutes les demandes de tarifs spéciaux sont communiquées au service des tarifs pour un devis approprié
- Communiquer avec les partenaires interlignes. Trace de piste, récupération POD
- Mettre à jour les portails clients, les détails des rendez-vous, jusqu’à l’état de livraison final
- Mise à jour régulière des SOP
- Formation croisée de collègues sur les SOP
- Répondre aux normes KPI, conformément aux procédures de l’entreprise
- Autres tâches qui peuvent être assignées par le gestionnaire

**Exigences et qualifications**
- Solide expérience du service à la clientèle, de préférence dans l’industrie du transport et de l'entreposage
- La capacité de travailler à la fois de manière autonome et en équipe
- Excellentes compétences administratives et de saisie de données
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et de planification
- Compétences exceptionnelles en communication (écrite et verbale)

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist Customer Service Manager to achieve the objectives for the department.
- Keep Customer Service Manager aware of any unusual or potentially serious issues affecting the operation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers.
- Help manage current customer accounts.
- Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
- Proactively identify shipments at risk of service failure and take control of shipments to ensure on time pickup or delivery service.
- Be aware of all aspects of the business requirements/arrangements for major customers.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to customers.
- Correctly troubleshoot and proactively resolve shipment discrepancies, as needed.
- Ensure all customer inquiries are handled in an efficient and professional manner.
- Ensure quality entry of all orders and proper use of notes as per SOPs.
- Ensure all special rates requests are communicated to rates department for a proper quote.
- Communicate with interline partners. Track Trace, POD retrieval.
- Update client portals, appointment details, up to and including final delivery status.
- Updating SOP’s on a regular basis.
- Cross training coworkers on SOPs.
- Meet KPI standards, as per the company procedures.
- Other duties that may be assigned by Manager.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Solid Customer Service experience, preferably in the transportation/warehousing industry
- The ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Excellent administrative and data entry skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
