**Responsibilities**:

- Processing customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Providing Level 1 technical support to our software users
- Providing assistance with the management of administrative tasks
- Delivering on our promise of “Service Excellence”

**Desired Skills and Expertise**:

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both English and French
- Excellent problem solving skills with great attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and web-based tools
- Previous experience in a similar role, and previous experience within the life sciences industry would be considered assets.

**Education**:

- DEC or college diploma

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
