**Our company Specializes in Division 10 - Washroom Accessories, Toilet Partitions, Locker, and Wall Protection. This role is for an Estimator with construction estimating experience.**

**Job Summary - Duties/Responsibilities**

Full-time in-office position - 40 hours per week.

Communicate with vendors and prepare RFQs.

Read and interpret tender drawings and specifications.

Prepare job folders and files in accordance with company requirements.

Take-off quantities.

Prepare estimate spreadsheet.

Prepare quotations in word/adobe.

Report to Estimating Team Leader.

**Job Requirements - Education/Experience**

Architectural, Construction education/experience or in related field.

Must know how to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in estimating and project management in the construction industry, with experience in Division 10 Specialties preferred.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Bluebeam.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Organization and attention to detail is very important.Willing to work under pressure of tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
