Role: Estimator

Location: Mississauga, ON

Duration: Fulltime permanent

**Job Description**

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, preferably in Canada, with a track record of successful project estimates and bids.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using estimating software, such as Bluebeam, Plan Swift, or similar tools. Familiarity with BIM and CAD software is a plus.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to interpret project drawings, specifications, and other technical documents accurately.
  • Industry Knowledge: Sound understanding of construction methods, materials, and current market trends in Canadian construction industry.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to produce precise and reliable estimates.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.

**Salary**: $43,343.03-$70,000.00 per year
