**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Plumber to join our team specializing in high-rise residential properties. As a High-Rise Residential Service Plumber, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the plumbing systems in our high-rise buildings operate efficiently and reliably. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, as well as collaborating with building management and residents to deliver exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**:
**Diagnostic Assessment**: Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems in high-rise residential buildings to identify issues, leaks, and malfunctions.

**Repair and Maintenance**: Execute prompt and effective repairs on plumbing fixtures, pipes, water heaters, and other components. Perform routine maintenance to prevent potential problems and ensure system longevity.

**Emergency Response**: Respond to plumbing emergencies promptly, including after-hours calls, to address urgent issues and minimize downtime for residents.

**Collaboration with Building Management**: Work closely with building management to coordinate repairs, schedule maintenance, and communicate with residents regarding service interruptions or necessary access to units.

**Compliance**: Ensure all plumbing work complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities. Provide detailed reports to document work performed and recommend any necessary future actions.

**Customer Communication**: Interact professionally with residents, addressing their concerns, explaining repair processes, and providing estimates. Foster positive relationships with residents to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other maintenance professionals, contractors, and building management to facilitate seamless operations within the high-rise residential community.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Service Plumber, with a focus on high-rise residential properties.

Valid plumbing license.

Extensive knowledge of high-rise plumbing systems, including risers, pumps, and pressure regulating valves.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Physical fitness to navigate high-rise buildings and access plumbing systems
