Ready to hire a motivated **Plumber or Service Technician **to efficiently undertake a variety of plumbing tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Service high rise building plumbing.
- Able to rough-in and finish plumbing fixtures.
- Solid understanding of water distribution and drainage systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
- Basic understanding of hot water heating, actuators, thermostats, etc
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
- Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly with a great deal of patience.
- Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawing.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices

**Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
- Collaborate with general property manager, contractors, and other construction professionals.
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
- Prepare material lists for jobs when asked.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- High school diploma preferred.
- Ontario plumbing license (preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience as plumber.
- Valid driver’s license

**Salary**: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
