Job description **Service Technician** Since 1914, Garage Supply Contracting Inc. has been leading the industry in garage equipment supply, repair, maintenance, engineering & planning. We are a third generation, family-owned business with technicians bringing years of knowledge to facilities across Ontario. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable SERVICE TECHNICIAN to join our team. **Position** **Responsibilities** Perform Preventative Maintenance on equipment, & fill out corresponding reports Successfully utilize of tools to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, modify & improve various types of garage equipment with the ability to trouble shoot & repair automated equipment & electronics Confidently work with dispensing equipment, as well as plumbing, pipe fitting, industrial hydraulic power systems, bearings & industrial lubrication work, car & heavy duty wash maintenance Discuss repairs & service with customer Maintain professionalism in appearance, dress, & personal conduct Maintain a valid driver's license & clean drivers abstract Operate skyjacks, Forklifts, & like equipment in a safe, efficient manner Bring a "Team Player" attitude to work daily **Requirements/Assets** Hand Tools - Requirement Valid Drivers License -Requirement High School or Equivalent Education - Requirement 5 Years Mechanical Experience - Asset G Class Drivers License - Requirement Clean Drivers Abstract - Requirement AZ Class License - Asset but not required Diploma in Mechanical Related Field - Asset WHIMIS, Working At Heights, Lock Out Tag Out, Fall Arrest, Forklift, & Skyjack certificates - Asset **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent COVID-19 considerations: Common workplaces sanitized regularly. Customers required to wear masks. All staff and customers screened prior to entry. **Salary**: $23.00-$33.00 per hour Schedule: - 10 hour shift Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay **Experience**: - Maintenance: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: On the road
