A Lead Technical Consultant at Argano is a seasoned member of the Technical Consulting team in the Client services with deep technical expertise. They are responsible for leading and managing mid to large scale software projects using Argano’s professional services and solutions. They have a deep understanding of software development and often serve as technical experts within the company. Their responsibilities include writing code, analyzing data, and contributing to the design and implementation of software. A Lead Technical Consultant leads the analysis/design phase of the system development life cycle to develop user requirements and determines best business/technical solutions to meet those needs ensuring the ability to meet users’ implementation time frames.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead and manage mid to large scale software development projects.
- Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
- Design and implement solutions, gather, and analyze requirements with business owner and organize discussion and infrastructure requirement analysis to meet the defined business criteria.
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies.
- Administer user groups and design, including creating users and user groups and allocate required permissions.
- Creating timelines and development goals.
- Provides technical development leadership for Argano managed services clients.
- Continuously pursues advanced level technical acumen.
- Provides Oracle Cloud development thought leadership and expertise.
- Produces technology roadmaps in support of Argano vision and strategy.
- Develops proof-of-concept prototypes and implementation models.
- Monitors client development activity to ensure architecture and design principles are upheld.
- Ensures client solutions support architecture objectives (availability, scalability, performance, security, etc.), as appropriate.
- Utilizes advanced leadership skills especially in the areas of persuasion, influence, conceptualizing solutions and problem solving.
- Communicates complicated technical concepts effectively to a broad group of stakeholders.
- Coaches and mentors Cloud Technical team members.
- Utilizes a general understanding of the competitive landscape and corporate and business unit strategies to provide context for development decision making.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- Refine customer requirements in detail, document and present to the client for approval.
- Identifies and applies creative and innovative approaches to resolving system issues.
- Work with Oracle to resolve service requests.

**MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
EDUCATION:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field
- Relevant coursework or certifications in programming or software development.
- Master’s degree or PhD in computer science or software engineering preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

- 5 - 10 years of technical consultant experience for IT companies or in related field.
- Oracle Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) Technical Development
- Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS) with a focus on Integration Cloud Service, Java Cloud Service, Database Cloud Service
- Experience with integration development using Oracle Middleware solutions such as SOA Suite / Fusion Middleware.
- Experience working with Dell Boomi
- Experience with Oracle Identity Manager, LDAP, MS Active Directory and identity propagation
- Expertise with Web Services and the use of Oracle Cloud delivered Web Services (SOAP & REST).
- Experience with Oracle Cloud data conversion
- Experience with Oracle Cloud SaaS Security
- Technical skills in the creation of BI Publisher Reports; FRS (financial reporting studio) Reports and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports
- IT Professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related field, with 8+ years of experience with Oracle ERP solutions.
- Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages.
- Experience creating and maintaining databases.
- Experience working with Agile development technologies.
- Advanced project management skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects for different clients.
