**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements into actionable operational insights
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify reporting requirements
- Prepare functional specification in collaboration with business and data systems
- Produce mapping of reporting attributes to tables and columns
- Collaborate with FAW development team to deliver business intelligence reports
- Integrate disparate enterprise datasets (TXT, CSV, Avro, etc.) and databases (relational and NoSQL)
- Perform data validation and QA in preparation for UAT
- Assist with the Sales and Service process across entire Enterprise
- Contribute in all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Participate in scrum sessions using Agile development
- Interact with other team members and customers on regular basis

**BUSINESS-UNIT & TECHNOLOGIES REQUIREMENT**
- Strong grasp of core data warehouse concept and design paradigms
- Solid understanding of Oracle’s analytics offerings including OAC, OBIEE, OBIA, RPD, Machine Learning and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financial System modules - General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, and Asset Management also desirable
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM
- Experience with common web connectivity and integration standards/protocols like XML, SOAP, REST, JSON and JDBC
- Experience with relational (SQL) & NoSQL databases
- Experience with Cloud Platforms like Oracle, AWS, Google, Azure, Salesforce
- Strong academic background with hands-on database programming, algorithms, and implementation
- Desire & ability to work in a team environment and train on new technologies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

**Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a computer science or related field (MS preferred)
- Experience as a data scientist or developer with Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
- Experience with OBIEE, PowerBI, Snowflake, Tableau, etc. also desirable
- Knowledge of business software solutions like CRM, CPQ, ERP, HCM
- Experience working on enterprise-wide projects
- Experience with complex data analysis, data migrations, analytics, and insights

The base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $220,000, commensurate with experience. Argano also offers a performance-based bonus and strong benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Parental Leave and Flexible Time Off.
