**McKenzie Trailers** is looking forcurrently looking for an **Sales Manager. **If you have a passion for customer service and you are a highly motivated individual, then you are the right person to join our team. If you like what you are hearings, then we want to hear from you.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Drive the performance of the sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Help manage all other aspects of the sales department.
- Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
- Assist customers in selecting a trailer by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a team environment
- Culture and leadership style: foster and promote a culture of personal participation, contribution, and accountability. All team members are to “own” their numbers. Recognize contributions that are aligned with our goals.
- Positive communication and recognition during every shift
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
- Appraisals: deliver on appraisal expectations by utilizing vast customer portfolio and service drive. Hold the sales consultant team accountable to a minimum appraisal standard
- Must have a clean & valid driver's license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

- Stouffville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
