What will you do?
As a CFIB Sales District Manager (Territory Sales Manager), you will be promoting services to small local businesses. This entails multiple daily meetings with existing members accounts) to update them on CFIB's progress and offering, as well as prospecting for new members.
Responsibilities:
Presenting CFIB's membership services to business owners
Seeking new businesses and building relationships
Meeting with existing members in person and managing account renewals
What makes a successful Sales District Manager?
A sales professional who thrives in an independent work environment, meeting with business owners and entrepreneurs every day
Someone with strong presentation skills who enjoys both prospecting for new clients and meeting with existing clients
Although not required, experience in sales, or experience owning a business is an asset
Note: This position requires access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
What do we offer?
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, you will be provided a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonus. Our CFIB Sales District Managers earn an average of $85,000 to $95,000 a year with our top performers making over $100,000.
