**Job Requirements**:

- Formulates and maintains quality control objectives in cooperation with Section Managers to maximize product reliability, customer satisfaction and minimize costs. Reports to Management Team on the Quality Management System (QMS) performance.
- Acts as Management Representative for the ISO 9001:2015, N299.2 and N285.0 Standards while maintaining all related documentation for these standards. Maintain compliance to QMS System, legal and contractual standards.
- Facilitates internal, supplier and customer audits.
- Assist process owners and others on the sustained implementation of the ISO 9001:2015, N299.2 and N285 Standards.
- Directs workers engaged in inspection and calibration activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, equipment, and products. Ensures customer’s requirements are effectively implemented, documented, and validated.
- Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and the related quality systems.
- Investigates, develops, and implements corrective action to resolve customer complaints and supplier issues regarding quality in a timely manner and with permanent corrective actions.
- Coordinates and supports customer and supplier visits on an as needed basis.
- Prepares quality procedures, processes and evaluate their effectiveness through ongoing quality audits.
- Maintains a positive relationship with our employees, customers, and suppliers.
- Responsible for providing leadership to all staff in the Quality Assurance Department, specifically through Monthly Progress Reviews and continuous improvement using 1 + 3 + 3 Thinking and Lean principles.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- **Must have reliable personal transportation for travel between plants as well as to suppliers and customers (no public transportation available)**.

**This role requires superior fluency in English (read, write, speak and present) with 3-5 years Precision Machining Shop experience and 5yrs current work history with Quality Management System (ISO / N299 / N285). Must have proficiency with engineering drawings, GD&T, and mechanical measurements and be available for Early Shifts.**

**Salary**: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

- Dimensional inspection: 5 years (preferred)
