**Job Requirements**:

- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of GD&T, engineering drawings and use of precision measuring instruments in completion of work tasks.
- Completes mechanical inspections utilizing a variety of measuring equipment.
- Proficiently processes CMM programming and operation with MCOSMOS or CALYPSO.
- Provides accurate calibration of equipment including with the use of calibration software (Gagetrak).
- Prepares inspection reports and issues final release of documents and parts.
- Utilizes Lean Principles with a Continuous Improvement mindset in daily duties.
- Presents a well-organized, systems thinking approach.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean tidy and organized work area.
- Follows safe work practices at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned_**.**_

**This role requires fluency in English (read, write and speak) with 3-5 years Precision Machining Shop experience and 5yrs current work history with Quality Management System (ISO, AS9100, N299). Requires proven effectiveness in customer/sub-contractor communications/interactions. Must have means for local travel when/as needed for Customer Audits.**

**Must have reliable personal transportation (no public transportation available).**

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

- Dimensional inspection: 5 years (preferred)
- QMS Systems: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Canadian Work Permit, Residency, or Citizenship (required)
