**The Role**
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Project Coordinator with estimating experience to help us keep our projects running smoothly, on time, and on budget. This is a hybrid role that blends coordination, process building, and light estimating — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is hungry to grow into more senior roles like Senior Estimator or Project Manager.

**What You’ll Do**
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Foremen, and clients to ensure materials, schedules, and information flow seamlessly
- Assist in designing and implementing processes to help us scale and handle more complex jobs
- Support PMs with project planning, scheduling, and logistics using JobTread
- Track budgets, expenses, labour hours, extras, and change orders
- Process work orders for subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Perform takeoffs and assist with estimating using Measure software
- Prepare, track, and submit change orders, ensuring all extras are documented and billed
- Prepare and send product samples to clients
- Assist with client invoicing and payment tracking
- Visit job sites across the GTA to check progress, coordinate deliveries, and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain constant communication with field staff, PMs, and clients to anticipate problems and keep jobs on track
- Identify and recommend process improvements and help implement software tools to improve efficiency

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in construction or commercial flooring (estimating experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Comfortable with technology — experience with JobTread, Measure, or similar software an asset
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Detail-oriented with a knack for spotting and solving problems before they become issues
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (travel across GTA required)
- A “figure it out” attitude — comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
