Junior Project Administrator

**ROLE**
The Junior Project Administrator is a support role to the Project Administrator and Project Coordinators and is responsible for the administration and coordination activities to successfully help execute projects in the ICI and residential divisions.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**_ Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:_**
- Setting up and maintaining release and shop drawing tracking spreadsheets
- Saving shop drawings
- Printing Operations & Maintenance (O&Ms)
- Help create and maintain electronic filing system.
- Printing / Scanning / Filing Documents - Hard Copies and Electronically.
- Printing, copying and creating documents and binders that require submittals.
- Creating and preparing cover sheets for quotations.
- Answering phone calls as needed.
- Creating Shop Drawing Cover Sheets.
- Electrical Safety Authority (“ESA”) Scheduling and Tracking.
- Compiling information provided by others into single PDFs.
- Miscellaneous administration and office duties as required (ie: arranging supply orders for site, arranging ESA inspections, providing support to coordinators and PMs).
- Sending print requests to CAD department.
- Creating Panel Schedules. - Sending out Progress Draws.
- Preparing parcels to ship to site, suppliers or clients.
- Providing any other support to Coordinators as required.
- Any and all other duties as assigned in order to meet Company objectives.

**EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Currently enrolled in a College/University Secondary Program
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe is preferred.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Travel may be required.
- Ability to attend and conduct presentations.
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
- Overtime as required.
- Lifting or moving up to 10lbs may be required
