Wolf Pack Construction Inc. is currently looking to expand our team with an **experienced junior project coordinator **ensuring the schedule, budget and details of a given task are well organized.In addition, they organize reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to project managers.

**Job Description for Junior Project Coordinator**:

- Assist Project Managers in coordinating project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Prepare and distribute project status reports and updates to stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on project plans and execution
- Manage project documentation and ensure it is accurate and up-to-date
- Assist in ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulations
- Communicate effectively with project team members, vendors, and subcontractors
- Assist in resolving project-related issues and conflicts as they arise
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager
- Should be comfortable on calls

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in commercial construction
- Must have experience managing commercial construction projects
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Must be willing to travel to various project sites in the local area
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

**Job Types**:Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

**Additional pay**:

- Bonus pay

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Wood bridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project Coordination: 1-2 years (preferred)

**Salary**: $40,000.00 per year
