**About the Position**

**Job Summary**

Reporting to the **Junior Traffic Manager (Operations)**, you’ll play a key role within our agency’s workflow—coordinating projects and helping deliver exceptional results for our clients. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is:

**What You’ll Do**

**Project Coordination**
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for project-based tasks.
- Assist with onboarding new accounts and managing workflow.
- Provide administrative and operational support for project-related activities.

**Digital Marketing Support**
- Coordinate and create newsletters, blogs, and content updates.
- Manage content updates on WordPress and Shopify websites.
- Assist with blog creation, translations, and content proofing.
- Track results, monitor competitors, and contribute to marketing performance dashboards.

**Creative & Content**
- Perform light website and marketing material updates.
- Help prepare presentations and marketing collateral.

**What You Bring**
- Fluent in English and French, both oral and written.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Team player with initiative, professionalism, and resourcefulness.
- Creative mindset with a good eye for design and aesthetics.
- Technical skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS tools is a plus.
- Basic familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics) is a plus
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
