**About the Position**: As a Junior Traffic Manager at Brandid Advisory, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of work within the agency. From the intake of projects to their successful delivery, you will be responsible for planning timelines, monitoring tasks and resources, and ensuring the on-time completion of every project. This part-time, permanent position offers a unique opportunity to be at the center of our operations, ensuring that our creative and strategic initiatives are executed flawlessly. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop great skills within a fast-paced digital marketing agency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Coordination**:

- Check for new work requests or projects that need to be assigned.
- Analyze resources and schedules to assess feasibility.
- Assign tasks and build schedules for campaigns, web projects, and deliverables.
- Monitor and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes and ensure timely delivery.

**Team Communication**:

- Communicate with internal teams to stay updated on progress and potential roadblocks.
- Update agency leadership on workload, resources, and progress.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for project-based tasks.

**Project Management**:

- Ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Perform simple content updates for client websites as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and setup process.
- Create monthly reports for clients.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all team members have access to necessary information.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure deliverables meet agency standards and client expectations.
- Facilitate regular status meetings to discuss project progress, issues, and solutions.
- Provide administrative support for project-related activities as needed.
- Assist in developing and refining internal processes to improve efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be bilingual (English and French).
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for process improvements.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
