**Minimum Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree with a focus in marketing

**Competencies**:

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Quality driven, detail oriented, ability to multi-task and self-motivated
- Strong organizational skills, including prioritization and time management
- Excellent research skills, advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to summarize, interpret, and translate information for reporting
- Ability to work as a team member, work well unsupervised and with mínimal direct supervision
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and passionate to deliver results
- Good knowledge of the Adobe Creative suite (i.e Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design)
- Strong command of the English language
- Experience in content writing and copywriting is considered an asset.
- Bilingual (English and French) preferred but not mandatory

**Responsibilities**:
The following responsibilities may include some or all of the following or any other tasks assigned directly or indirectly by VP, Supply Chain and Marketing
- Conduct market research on projects, industry trends, and competitors
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing content (i.e. creative briefs, asset creation, photography and video production, media, etc.)
- Complete customer and prospect research and compile related reports
- Analyze and forecast trends and pricing and provide insights to management
- Prepare reports, presentations and spreadsheets
- Sales and marketing strategy development and implementation
- Design and produce printed & digital literature
- Manage various social media platform accounts by creating and designing content
- Create and distribute monthly Actlabs newsletter
- Respond to inquiries through social media
- Support the Marketing and Business Development team
- Ensure that workplace health and safety requirements are met

**Salary**: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
