**The Opportunity**:
**A Day in the Life**:
- Conducting outbound prospecting and cold calling to identify potential insurance brokerage acquisitions.
- Building relationships with brokerage owners to explore potential purchase opportunities.
- Analyzing financial and operational data to assess acquisition viability.
- Collaborating with the business development team to structure and negotiate deals.
- Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
- Maintaining detailed records of outreach and deal progress.
- Championing the unique opportunities that the SIB Corp. brand can offer.

**What you Bring to SIB**:
- Background in insurance, finance, business development, or related field.
- Understanding of insurance brokerage operations and financial metrics.
- Strong prospecting and cold-calling experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to business growth.
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or branding is an asset.
- Experience working with an insurance brokerage is an asset.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial software, and ERP systems.
- Prior experience in M&A and/or corporate development is an asset.
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ancaster, ON
