promoting public safety in the Niagara Region. Since its establishment in 1985, the organization has been fully committed to its mission of preventing and solving serious crimes in the area. As we are currently working on our special projects focused on Human Trafficking in Niagara, we are looking to bring on a Digital Marketing Specialist to our team.

**Summary**:
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about Crime Stoppers values and our current mission towards education surrounding Human Trafficking.

The goal of our current campaign is to enable youth and people who are at-risk of human trafficking in the Niagara region and providing resources for them to stay safe and increase their awareness of local resources and program availability.

Our Digital Marketing Specialist obtains strong attention to detail, creativity, excellent communication skills, high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, knowledge of different software programs, and be a collaborative team player.

**Job Duties**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various social media platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend new strategies to enhance our online presence.
- Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and other key performance indicators.
- Consult with community partners to receive input and feedback on educational materials and support services.

**Qualifications**:

- Obtaining/obtained a valid degree in Digital Marketing or a related field or equivalent expierence
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
