We are currently hiring for someone to lead all franchising efforts for Tim Hortons in Quebec. This is a unique opportunity to join a market leading Brand and to participate in its development by recruiting high quality franchisees that will shape the future of Tim Hortons in the province. The position will report directly to the General Manager - Quebec and will be based in Montreal or Quebec City, mostly remote, but with regular meetings happening in person at our Montreal office.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end onboarding process of new Franchisees for Tim Hortons QC
- Participate in weekly transaction meetings with internal stakeholders
- Manage restaurant acquisitions in the province to ensure deadlines are met
- Support new Franchisee's Restaurant operations in initial weeks post-acquisition

**Competencies / Requirements**
- Financial acumen
- P&L knowledge
- Ability to work independently and strong relationship management
- Restaurant or franchise industry knowledge is an asset
- 3-5 years of relevant business experience
