**Field Supervisor (F/T)**

**Coverage Areas**:Vaughan, Bolton, Halton Hills, Mississauga, and Brampton. Sites can change and vary based on existing contracts.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Report directly to Skanna Management.
- Maintain clean driver’s abstract.
- Assist in Operations (shift coverage)
- Provide job training to new security personnel.
- Provide relief for reception and gatehouse staff at different locations.
- Provides feedback to Skanna Mgmt. on different employees.
- Evaluates special security requirements of high-risk areas and provide details to Skanna Management / Supervisor.
- Provides immediate response in emergency situations.
- Perform Health Safety Audits and report any issues to Client/Skanna Management. Perform daily audits/to ensure LPOs are doing their assignments correctly.

**Qualifications, Required License, or Certification**:

- Possess a valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- Standard First Aid & CPR.
- A valid Ontario Driver’s G license.
- Available to do shift work: Days, nights, weekends.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional work ethics.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Willingness to drive 40 - 50 KM’s per shift.
