Client Care Representative: This is a part-time, temporary position (1-2 months) with potential for full-time permanent. Our Client Care Reps are our customers' first experience with Harris Plumbing. Their experience here sets the tone for the lasting relationship and trust that we strive to build. This is a fast-paced environment and a cohesive team that fosters respect and loyalty at all times. You have a friendly demeanor and are people-oriented. You are always professional. This critical position is "semi-full-time" at 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, noon - 6 pm with the possibility of moving to full time in future. **Skills**:You possess a minimum of 5 years of professional client coordination preferably in a trade (plumbing, electrical, hvac). You have above-average telephone skills and mannerisms. You have comfortable, confident knowledge with CRM software systems. You can think, focus and process information quickly and accurately. You have a "CAN-DO" attitude and are dedicated to learning and personal growth. You are coach-able at all times. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: - First in line to answer incoming calls from new and existing clients and vendors. You lead the call, obtain all relevant information, prepare accurate work orders. - Effectively and efficiently schedule and route technicians to meet daily workload needs and accommodate our large service area. - Continuous monitoring of workload and field technicians, including pre-notification of customer and follow-up Happy Calls. - Effectively handles a large volume of incoming calls from commercial, industrial, and residential customers and schedules service appointments for all plumbing service calls. - Resolves customer inquiries or complaints and refers unresolved customer grievances for further investigation.
