Job Description:
As a CSR, you'll be at the forefront of processing foreign exchange transactions, handling client inquiries, and maintaining precise records. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll deliver exceptional service to CCE's clients and represent the company with excellence. This role is perfect for someone passionate about customer service and building strong client relationships. Join us and make a difference every day
Main Responsibilities:
Client Service
- Provide prompt and efficient service to clients both in person and by phone.
- Resolve complex client issues and complaints respectfully.
- Promote and cross-sell financial products and services.
- Accurately process FX transactions, EFT transfers, draft processing, and more
Branch Operations
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the branch.
- Maintain and accurately update client records.
- Support marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
Sales and Business Development
- Support the marketing team in executing marketing and sales initiatives to achieve potential clients.
- Aim to preserve client relationships by identifying sales opportunities with individuals and corporate clients by understanding the client's needs and recommending additional services/products.
Qualifications:
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service and/or retail environment.
- Minimum of 2 years handling cash.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
