This role is for the sales driven person who is committed to elevating customer satisfaction and sales performance with a mix of sales and customer support responsibilities. You will be prospecting customers, introducing our heat transfer solutions and closing sales as well as supporting our customers by answering calls and providing customer service excellence.
**Position Requirements**
- High school diploma combined with relevant training and experience, or preferably a university degree in Business.
- At least 2 years of experience in inside sales and/or customer support, ideally in automotive or trucking parts sales.
- Strong ability to build relationships and effectively sell over the phone with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, highly collaborative open-office environment.
- Self-motivated, self-starter, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills with attention to detail and quality.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP B1 preferred) are a must with a minimum typing speed of 40 words-per-minute.

**What to expect**
We offer a base salary plus commission compensation with a Group Benefits Plan for health, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
Full-time position, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Starting Date: November - December.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
