As we grow, we are looking for a driven and detail oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and strengthen our customer relationships.

**Position Overview**:
As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team, managing wholesale accounts, and ensuring seamless communication between reps, customers, and operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a strong eye for detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the voice of Lusomé for sales reps, wholesale buyers, and consumers, ensuring a professional and positive brand experience.
- Support sales reps and wholesale accounts with order processing, product information, and inventory availability.
- Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Maintain strong relationships with rep agencies and retail partners to ensure high-quality service and long-term partnerships.
- Assist in managing sales pipelines, tracking orders, and ensuring timely follow-ups with customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and fulfillment teams to coordinate product launches, promotions, and sales initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any sales or order-related issues efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for customers.
- Provide insights on sales trends and customer feedback to help drive strategy and business growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education is preferred.
- Experience in inside sales, sales coordination, customer service, or B2B account management is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in CRM, inventory management, or sales tracking software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with wholesale, Amazon, or DTC sales is an advantage.

Pay: $30,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
