Personal Lncome Tax Technician

Integrated Net Worth is a wealth management investment counselling, tax and estate planning firm. The firm is part of Quadrus lnvestments Services, a large Canadian Mutual Fund Dealer with a wide network of wealth management and investment counselling business.

We are looking for a junior tax technician to assist our team with the execution of various tasks related to taxation. This 3-month contract position will be from our head office in Montreal working closely with the expert tax accountant to serve a broad local clientele.

**Duties and responsibilities**:
The incumbent will work with CCH TaxPrep software and assist the tax accounting team with the preparation of:

- Personal taxation of individuals
- Tax returns of persons with disabilities
- Rental income tax returns
- Unincorporated business income returns
- Tax returns of individuals with employment expenses
- Will touch upon Trust income tax returns of deceased individuals
- Will have to consult online publications in the areas of tax: CQFF

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Background in business administration, accounting, finance program or equivalent
- Know how to perform tax reports with software on the market such as CCH Tax Prep
- H&R Block course is an asset
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working as part of a small team
- Highly dependable and trustworthy
- High level of integrity, quality, accountability and professional attitude
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to details
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage tight deadlines and multi-task
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un technicien junior à la préparation d’impôts pour accompagner notre équipe dans l’exécution de diverses tâches liées à la fiscalité. Ce poste contractuel de 3 mois travaillera de notre siège social à Montréal en étroite collaboration avec le comptable fiscaliste expert au service d’une vaste clientèle locale.

**Tâches et responsabilités**:
Le titulaire travaillera avec le logiciel CCH TaxPrep et aidera l’équipe de fiscalité à préparer;
- Déclarations d’impôts des particuliers
- Déclarations d’impôts pour personnes handicapées
- Déclarations de revenus de location
- Déclaration de revenus d'entreprise non constituées en Société
- Déclarations fiscales des personnes avec dépenses d'emploi
- Abordera les déclarations de revenus de fiducie de personnes décédées
- Consultera des références et publications en ligne en fiscalité tel que CQFF

**Qualifications et compétences**:

- Formation en administration des affaires, comptabilité, finance ou équivalent
- Savoir effectuer des rapports d'impôt avec logiciels sur le marché tel CCH Tax Prep
- Le cours H&R Block est un atout
- Solides compétences informatiques avec Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Bonnes aptitudes interpersonnelles
- Motivé à travailler dans une petite équipe
- Extrêmement fiable et digne de confiance
- Haut niveau d’intégrité, qualité, responsabilité et attitude professionnelle
