We’re looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our Customer Experience Team in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

You’ll be responsible for driving profitable growth by managing quotation requests for our lighting and lighting control solutions.

What you’ll do-
- Coordinate receipt of all required documentation such as engineering specifications, addendums, reflected ceiling plans, riser/one-line diagrams, and site plans for active quote requests.- Review new opportunities with the GTA sales team to improve our specification strength on projects.- Design lighting and lighting control systems aligned with our best practices.- Issue timely and accurate quotations based on project deadlines and assist in pricing negotiations as needed.- Cross reference competitive products and provide value engineered solutions as needed for competitive bids.- Collaborate with engineering for product deviations as required to meet custom project requirements.- Stay up to date with all Cooper Lighting Solutions products including lighting, controls, and modular wiring systems.- Engage in process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency improvements within our organization so we can better serve our customers.

What you’ll need- College Diploma from an accredited institution- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build strong customer relationships.- Strong technical aptitude with a constant curiosity for learning within a fast-paced, evolving environment- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
