Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
- As an Inside Sales Specialist you will be responsible for inside sales to direct customers, distributors and for providing high-level sales support to both the field sales organization and end-users for an assigned division within the Canadian Sales and Service Organization. This would include the selling of specific product and/or service offerings to end users from the quotation phase to closing the sale with mínimal Field Sales Representatives involvement where support is requested.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the support and admin activities for an assigned group of Field Sales Organization and end-users by providing the appropriate level of support for product and/or service inquiries, order review, order status, credit/invoicing issues, equipment returns, and problem resolution
- Assist Field Sales Organization with baseline targets and/or lead counts with qualification, nurturing and quoting support to maximize their productivity
- Actively driving revenue by engaging in planned and agreed to sales and service activities in cooperation with field sales organization
- Manage all business-related activities using the customer relationship management (CRM) system
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an Associate’s degree with two to three years of any combination of customer service, sales, call center or related experience; or five or more years of any combination of customer service, sales, or call center experience
- A technical background is required with a confirmed ability and technical acumen to learn about our products and/or services
- Bilingual (English/French) an asset
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
