**About the role**:
As Catalog Coordinator, reporting to the Manager, Catalog & Master Data, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have the most comprehensive catalog data and imaging available. In this role, you would be responsible for the maintenance of both Aces and Napa, automotive parts catalogs, data maintenance and submissions, salesforce tickets resolution, attribute research, data validation and resolutions and image audits.

The Catalog Coordinator will collaborate with the other cross-functional teams such as Product Research, Engineering, Technical Services, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and IT.

**What you will be working on**:

- Maintenance of the online automotive parts catalogs.
- Ensure monthly catalog data submissions are processed & submitted to customers and E-Catalog (E-Cats) providers in a timely manner
- Prepare “net-changes” for all ACES and NAPA line codes and ensure monthly submission are processed on time. Validate counterman/confusing error and coordinate with research team for timely resolution and overlap resolution
- Responsible for inputting data and coordinating with the product and research team to resolve data discrepancies.
- Resolution of data disputes by research and OEM sourcing.
- Maintain finished goods Life Cycles and Interchanges for private label and house brands
- Coordinate with sales and supply chain team for timely release of new numbers to E-Cats providers
- Process and submit images and other digital assets to all customers
- Maintain Metadata, Padb and Qdb and ensure data quality is met
- Validate and resolve catalog submission audit reports and respond to customer in a timely manner

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in managing digital assets, imaging and online catalogs is an asset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and a team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Excellent understanding of catalog data and product life cycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Automotive parts industry data standards experience an asset
- Working knowledge of Outlook, MS access or VBA/MS SQL would be an asset.

- Regular office hours (Must be available between 9am - 3pm)
- Expected 2 + days in office
- May be required to lift up to 25lbs
