Frisco Auto Parts is a new player in the Auto Parts Supply sector based in Toronto. We are looking for automotive enthusiasts who enjoy helping others to join our team. Our company is growing quickly in the Aftermarket parts supply and oil sales sector servicing Toronto.

As a Counter Service Representative, you will be the frontline associate to customers, helping with their auto maintenance/repair needs, offering solutions and products and providing the best service that will build strong customer relationships. Your role will be essential in business development and helping the business grow.

You will
- Provide customer support to retail customers in person and on phone
- Provide information to customers about warranties, pricing, parts quality, delivery times, payment methods and other info requested by customers.
- Analyze and provide remedies for problem areas related to customer service, product availability, pricing, and deficiencies.
- Introduce new products as opportunities arise
- Handle product delivery and shipping paperwork as required.
- Keep detailed records of all inquiries and service recommendations
- Work closely with purchasing department on inventory availability and pricing.
- Support office staff with administrative tasks and reports
- Keep the front desk organized and tidy
- Participate in product and sales training and internal meetings as required
- Perform other related duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Keen interest in Auto Supply sector
- Minimum 1 year experience in the automotive parts industry, or equivalent college diploma in Automotive
- Knowledge of automotive operating systems, including electronic catalogue lookup
- Solution oriented with a results driven mindset
- Strong written and verbal (telephone) communication skills
- Positive attitude and high energy level
- Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to change
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work
- Ability to respond to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- A desire to learn

**Salary**: $19.00 per hour
