**About the Role**
We’re looking for a Marketing & Administrative Assistant to keep our listings, events, and marketing running seamlessly—designing graphics, scheduling tours, posting on social media, and ensuring every detail is handled to perfection.

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage front desk responsibilities including answering phones/welcoming guests
- Coordinate **Sunday Tour of Homes** and client events from start to finish
- Manage property marketing: photography, MLS uploads, websites, feature sheets window displays
- Post social media content and ads across multiple platforms
- Order signage, printed materials, and office supplies
- Maintain systems (, Lofty, Slack) and track KPIs
- Call agents for feedback after showings at our listed properties

**What You Bring**
- 2+ years in marketing, real estate, or administrative coordination
- Skilled with Canva, MailChimp, Google Workspace, and social media
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple deadlines
- Bonus: experience with TREB, BrokerBay, Lofty, and design/video editing

- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and tracking payments using QuickBooks.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Support team members with various administrative duties as needed.

**Experience**
- Previous administrative experience is required; experience in a medical or dental office is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
