**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare reports.
- Open files and close files.
- Conduct searches utilizing various programs.
- Maintain organized online filing systems records and administrative documents.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Process billing and payments using QuickBooks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and maintain confidentiality of information.

**Skills**
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
- Experience working in legal environment would be an asset.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and staff professionally.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
