Career Overview:
As a Realtor with The Muraca Group, you will take on a range of responsibilities, including listing and selling residential and commercial real estate. Operating as an independent contractor, you'll utilize our industry-leading training program and support services to excel in your role.

Responsibilities Include:

- Determining property values for sellers
- Conducting market analysis
- Advising sellers on property staging
- Promoting listed properties to Realtors and potential buyers
- Educating sellers on disclosure agreements
- Negotiating contracts with buyers and/or their agents
- Verifying the disclosure of pertinent property facts to clients
- Coordinating various aspects of the closing process for clients

Qualifications:

- Must possess a valid and current real estate license in Canada or the ability to obtain one.
- Commission-based income with unlimited potential (not salaried).
- Basic computer skills.
- Minimum age of 18 with a High School diploma or GED.
- Full-time or part-time availability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In-person

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
