Montréal, Canada Big Time Watches Full time

Big Time Watches, Montreal's favourite authorized watch dealers, are seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator to work alongside the Marketing Manager to support current and future projects aimed to improve digital footprint and maintain current e-commerce platforms.

We’ve recently launched a new e-commerce website using Shopify and need someone to tie all the pieces together to move the needle in terms of product management, and helping Big Time expand on other retail platforms such as Amazon, E-Bay, Etsy and more

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Administration and maintenance of website (English / French) - Shopify (Product pages, visuals, campaigns, management and up-keeping, etc.)
- Product creation and/or editing products for Shopify website, Amazon platform, etc.
- Management of Amazon Vendor Central
- assets/products, listings, orders, updates, etc.
- Navigating and setting the company up on new platforms such as E-Bay, Etsy, etc.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Bilingual (French & English) with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Shopify and Amazon Platform.
- Has previous experience in e-commerce coordination.
- Has completed or is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in the appropriate field.
- Highly organized & has a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines and priorities.
- Must be a critical thinker and a problem-solver.
- Expert in navigating Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Familiar with SEO and social media marketing concepts.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week
