**About Us**:
Isherwood Body & Fender is a premier collision shop located in the Cowichan Valley. We collaborate with our customers and their insurance companies to guide them through the repair process, ensuring a seamless and worry-free experience during what can be a stressful time. Our purpose is to make the entire repair process as smooth as possible for our valued clients.

This position is key to day-to-day operation.

**Brief Job Description**
- Working together closely with technicians
- Parts department (incoming, damaged, credits, returns, tag with RO number, check for accuracy, put in system, enter invoice into RO, assist mirror matching with body techs, deliver parts to techs)
- Assist in the appearance, safety, orderliness and cleanliness of all shop and production areas and tools/equipment
- Assist in all production and shop parts and inventory
- Assist in Customer service needs (ie: Drive and pick up customers)
- Generally, help where needed (ie: office & answering phones, washing cars, moving cars, closing the shop down)
- Interacting with Vendors, freight companies

**What you need**:

- Solid team environment skills.
- A healthy dose of perfectionism
- A valid and clean driver abstract and must be able to drive standard vehicles.

**Experience That Would be an Asset**:

- Experience with Body Shop Connect management system
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the repair process
- At least Two-years’ experience in collision repair industry.
- Prior experience as a technician at a collision repair center.
- Parts ordering experience

Expected hours: 40 per week
