Food Production Supervisor

We are looking for a food production supervisor with experience in commercial kitchens and/or wholesale & retail packaging for our ready to eat facility.

This position will lead a crew of 30 during our growth phase for our new retail products and proven wholesale items.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the food manufacturing process to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Train and supervise staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to SQF protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of packaged product to maintain optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve methods.
- Address any process related issues promptly to minimize disruptions in production.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in food manufacturing operations
- Strong understanding of packaging materials and processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to maintain quality control standards
- Familiarity with safety regulations in food handling
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
