**What we're looking for**

Reporting to the Digital Engagement Manager, the Associate Digital Content Specialist will propel our reach and influence with customers by launching digital projects to connect with customers. You will help inspire customer enthusiasm and enhance their experience through digital customer education and engagement projects. This position is remote.

**You will**
- Work with the Digital Engagement manager and company partners to implement a customer webinar program.
- Use automations to address the goals and needs of our customers.
- Work with the Operations team to manage digital engagement touch points.
- Always look for new ways to improve overall programs through new technology, tools, partners, trends, and best practices.

**You have**
- Content design experience, including how-to video creation, infographics, e-guides, and other digital media. Please submit a portfolio of your past work.
- Experience with video and digital media creation tools like Adobe Premier Pro, Wistia, Camtasia, Adobe inDesign, and Figjam.
- Hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms.
- Experience running webinars for SaaS companies.
- A love of data and a background in using analytics to guide your decisions and demonstrate your impact.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in content design, digital marketing, or related fields.
