**Position Purpose**

As the Administrative and Operations Specialist at Beames CST Training Centre, you will work closely with Meaghan Beames (CEO at Beames CST Training Centre) to help her fulfill her mission to ensure every family in North America and beyond has access to qualified infant craniosacral therapists to help babies cope with colic, latching issues, and all the growing pains that can make life with a newborn harder than it needs to be. Your focus? Help Meaghan triple her productivity to fuel company growth and advance our mission. You'll be instrumental in internal projects, streamlining processes, client-facing initiatives, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

**Key Result**

As the Administrative and Operations Specialist at Beames, your primary objective is to increase the CEO's efficiency and help her grow company revenue while ensuring customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction. You will contribute to the company's overall success and enable the CEO to focus on key priorities.
- Superior client experiences: Coordinate and execute client-facing projects with precision, ensuring seamless communication and delivering exceptional service that strengthens relationships and drives client satisfaction
- Effective project management: Lead cross-functional initiatives, from conception to execution, driving successful outcomes through meticulous planning, coordination, and resource management.
- Proactive problem-solving: Anticipate and address challenges swiftly, utilizing strong analytical skills and resourcefulness to overcome obstacles and maintain operational efficiency.

**Key Objectives**

Your role is to work closely with Meaghan to help her drive growth and triple her productivity. You will lead and support developing and organizing initiatives and activities that align with company growth goals. Your role will involve implementing new strategies and tools to support the CEO's strategic direction, managing long-term goals, and driving overall day-to-day company success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment and a high sense of urgency.
- Serve as the first point of contact for students by managing inbound calls, effectively addressing their questions and interests while also identifying and nurturing potential leads to support program enrollment growth.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end process for sales webinars, from planning engaging content to meticulously executing each detail, ensuring that our presentations are impactful and effectively drive enrollment.
- Actively engage with our target audience on various social media platforms, fostering meaningful connections, and leveraging your influence to generate interest and excitement around our courses, translating engagement into applicants.
- Implement a strategy to promote our Free Infant CST Clinics, using compelling content and strategic networking to ensure maximum attendance while also nurturing relationships with key referral sources.
- Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Represent the company and the CEO in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment.
- Support activities associated with outreach, quoting to prospects or current clients in our programs.
- Curate engaging content for our monthly newsletter, showcasing the latest developments, success stories, and offerings to keep our audience informed, engaged, and excited about our programs.
- Employ a strategic approach to secure speaking opportunities for our CEO, leveraging these engagements to enhance our brand visibility, establish thought leadership, and ultimately drive lead generation and sales growth.
- Develop and cultivate collaborative relationships with the Beames team, and external partners.

**Skills & Experience**
- You are a fast learner
- Experience supporting a CEO in an entrepreneurial environment, have a strong business sense and can decipher priorities and make sound judgment calls when needed
- Perform duties at the highest level possible on a consistent basis
- Able to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner
- High sense of urgency and organizational skills
- You are good with tech, quickly learn new apps and digital tools and enjoy troubleshooting

- Superior knowledge of techniques for planning and scheduling
- Experience in a remote team, have team-oriented experience and approach

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Secondary School (required)
