**Junior Design Consultant**

We are looking for a dependable, reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Design Consultant. You will be working closely with clients and other team members to determine interior/exterior fixtures and finishes for pre-sold and model homes throughout the HRM.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide creative direction, concept, and visual representations for new construction.
- Create design plans for model homes, including fixtures and finishes while working within a defined budget.
- Conduct meetings with clients to discuss their needs and style preferences.
- Create design plans to meet client requirements and budget.
- Collaborating with other team members and working independently.
- Ability to contribute to branded content for social media (Instagram/Facebook-focused)

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of design principles, industry trends, fixtures, & finishes.
- Ability to create aesthetically pleasing interior and exterior spaces.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Verbal and written communication skills, including presentations and graphic representation.
- Aptitude for time and project management.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in interior design or a related field will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be considered an asset.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
