The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Design Centre Coordinator to join our dynamic Home Installs Dept. team.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the Design Centre as a key selling resource for all levels of clients and visitors.

Maintain all Design Centre samples, displays and brochures.

Document and manage practical pricing guidelines for displayed products.

Assist all Installed Sales team members to provide the highest level of customer service.

Bring an element of design to initial conversations with customers.

Have a general understanding of the Design Centre products and use that understanding to start the sales process when needed.

Attend product knowledge training as available or needed.

Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to work independently but collaboratively.

Great time management, analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Have a strong and engaging personality, is tenacious and committed to achieve goals.

Quick learner and self-motivated.

Excellent customer service skills.

Rational decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.

Excellent communication, active listening, and follow-up skills.
