**Procurement Coordinator**

As a Procurement Coordinator you will assist the Procurement Lead in sourcing, placing orders, conflict resolution and provide support to our Project team.

We promise we’ll challenge you every step of the way: you’ll be responsible for working to support 20 plus job sites at a time.

As a member of our Procurement team you will:

- Creating Purchase Orders
- Schedule meetings and recording minutes in our construction software
- Request shop drawings from Suppliers
- Support data uploads in our in-house procurement system
- Process material requests from site foremen for line material
- Work with vendors and suppliers to source required material
- Work cross functionally with Project Managers to confirm requirements
- Place orders with core suppliers
- Support Procurement and Operations with Market reports
- Coordinate efforts to develop programs to drive savings supply base optimization
- Manage purchase-to-pay process ensuring all documentation is complete accurate and archived
- Provide customer service to key stakeholders by supporting our Project team with reports on Purchase orders
- Working with both the Suppliers and our Project team to resolve any invoicing issues
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in a Procurement role in the construction industry
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in an Administrative role in the construction industry
- Industry experience and Electrical product knowledge an asset
- College Diploma in Business, Materials Management or equivalent
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with ERP software, an asset
